Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and, on occasion and by arrangement, checks in US Funds. Payments received in foreign currency are subject to additional processing fees. Return check fee is $35.00.

Shipping & Handling

All in stock merchandise will be shipped after order processing (within approximately 2 business days of receiving the order).  Please note that we do not process orders on weekends, holidays or days when the business is closed.   We send out orders via USPS.  Please allow 3 to 7 business days for shipment via ground delivery within the Continental US.

Disclaimer

The information, contained herein is based on typical usage of our products and is believed to be correct. However, due to the wide range of intervening circumstances, the seller does not guarantee that the user is protected from hip, skin or other trauma, infection or other complications arising from the use of this product.

    Please contact Customer Service to request shipping and handling rate quotes for orders over $2,000.00, expedited shipments or Saturday delivery (additional terms and fees apply). Third-party billing is available upon request (handling fee applies).

    Orders shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Time in transit may vary.

    If your order includes out-of-stock merchandise (excluding GeriHeel products), we will ship back ordered items standard service at no additional charge.

    Refund & Return Policy

    Prevent Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return claim.

    You may return most unopened items purchased from Prevent Products, Inc. within 30 days of the original delivery. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may be charged (unless defective). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment in most cases within 4 weeks of receiving the return (less shipping and handling charges).

    Please contact our Returns Department for more details on our Return Policy or to obtain an RMA number.

    Notice: Foam can permanently discolor when exposed to air, heat and light. This discoloration is normal and does not indicate any functional deficiency in product performance or longevity.
