Refund & Return Policy
You may return most items purchased from Prevent Products, Inc. within 30 days of the original delivery. Please contact us for a return shipping label. A $5.00 restocking fee will be charged (unless defective). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment in most cases within 4 weeks of receiving the return. Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded.
Prevent Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return claim.
Please note that the X-Span® Premium Tubular Dressing products, Terry Treads®, Safe-T Treads® and Shower-Steps® are classified as Hygiene Products by the manufacturer and are NOT RETURNABLE.
Notice: Foam can permanently discolor when exposed to air, heat and light. This discoloration is normal and does not indicate any functional deficiency in product performance or longevity.
